Description
The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client to identify a Head of Product Management for a 130-year-old financial institution. This is a critical leadership position tasked with designing and building the core product suite for the consumer banking segment. This organization holds a 5-star rating by Bauer Financial and is considered one of the most trusted and stable banks in the country!
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with a bank or financial institution
- Must have track record of hands-on experience building and managing products in the consumer banking segment: including consumer lending, checking and savings, money market, cash management, treasury management, commercial credit card, and deposits. YOU MUST have direct, hands-on experience developing core consumer/retail lending products or commercial lending products for a bank.
- Must have least 5 years of leadership experience
