The bank has several branches in Houston presently and plans to add 4 to 5 additional branches in the near future. Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- 4+ years of proven success driving sales, loan and deposit growth for multiple retail bank branches
- Deep understanding and network in and around the Houston market
- Strong track record in coaching, hiring and retaining talent, and branch operations
