Description
The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, a $5 billion bank, part of a larger $80 billion financial institution, to identify a Vice President Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for the East Valley Market in Arizona - Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert. This bank brings the flexibility and nimbleness of a large community bank combined with the capabilities of a big bank without the big bank headaches. The bank offers direct access to local executives with extremely stable tenure and local credit approval.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- Formal Credit Training and/or underwriting experience
- 5+ years experience as a C&I Commercial Banking Relationship Manager
- Proven track record and ability to generate $15 million in new loans, $3 million in deposits, and $150K+ in fees annually using their own centers of influence
- Must live in the East Valley or be extremely familiar with market and be able to office there
