The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, a 150+ year old financial institution and one of the most stable banks in the country, to identify a Wealth Advisor for their growing Houston wealth management market. This award winning bank offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to partner with over 25 commercial bankers in Houston to take advantage of referral opportunities while developing new business externally with their own centers of influence. This role offers competitive base salary, quarterly incentive and annual discretionary bonus.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- 7+ years wealth management experience focused on new business development in Houston in the HNW/UHNW space
- CFP preferred but not required
- Must be hold series 7 and 66 and Texas Life and Health Insurance with clean U4
- Client prefers a candidate with a portable book over the first 2-4 years
